We are a prospecting-driven team - the successful agents in our organization have built their businesses by developing the skills to have conversations with potential clients over the phone, via text, AND in person.
We not only provide lots of leads but proven training and mentor support - but YOU have to do the work. Our operations support will allow you to do what you do best - SELL.

Compensation : $75,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities :
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications :
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Organized and manages time effectively
- A valid real estate license for Washington State (you must be licensed)
- A history of real estate sales. We are looking for 4-20 units in sales over the previous three years (combined total) to consider you a fit for our organization
- We do not hire new agents - apply for our Showing Partner role if you are new
- Ability, work ethic and drive to make 250+ outbound dials per week
- Drive and motivation
- Understands and can effectively use basic technology (i.e CRM)
