Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of real-world evidence evaluating the safety and effectiveness of medicinesCollaborate with cross-functional partners to align RWE studies with strategic prioritiesFacilitate the dissemination of RWE through publications, presentations, and trainingRequired QualificationsDoctorate degree and 2 years of related research experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years, or High School diploma / GED and 12 years of related experienceDoctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with high observational research content preferredExperience in designing and executing observational research studies in pharmaceutical or public health settingsExperience with secondary data systems, including administrative claims, EMR, and registriesExperience in observational research project planning and management
