Pay Information

$120 to $125 per hour

About The Position

Internal Medicine Physician Locums - Illinois, No Call

Outpatient-only locums assignment in Chicago with fast credentialing and weekday schedule.

Highlights :

  • No call or after-hours requirements
  • Fully outpatient, no hospital rounds
  • Minimum 3-month assignment, extension possible

Practice Setting :

  • Medicare-focused clinic in the Hermosa neighborhood
  • Spanish-speaking patient population
  • On-site support : NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes
  • Canopy / Greenway EMR

    • Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • No weekends or holidays
  • Minimum 3-month coverage requested
  • Dates still open; flexibility in start

    • Cases and Procedures :

  • No procedures required
  • Focus on chronic disease management : diabetes, CHF, CAD, hypertension
  • Mild cognitive and geriatric care

    • Requirements :

  • MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active Illinois license and DEA

    • Travel Accommodations :

  • All travel covered : airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage
