JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Representative. This position is remote, and the incumbent will be located in California.
Schedule : Saturday - Tuesday 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch
Pay $19-22 / HR with shift differential pay from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Reimbursement for internet services offered!
In this role, you will answer incoming phone calls from client hospitals or facilities. You will facilitate all facilities and engineering department work orders, and consistently ensure that customers receive feedback on the expected resolution of all work orders.
Here is some of what you will do :
Answer all incoming calls and perform appropriate functions as needed; verify and update call center documents.
Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers and a willingness to ensure that all communication and interactions are of the highest degree of professional behavior.
Follow the escalation process for all urgent and emergency work orders or related service needs.
Respond and follow through on requests for information, including completing research using available resources provided.
Process the Corrigo To Dos properly, ensuring To Dos are checked continuously, and process timeline work order processes.
Ensure work orders are dispatched properly and immediately.
Continually monitor telephone queue time data to maximize productivity.
Complete data entry using multiple work request applications, including records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Maintain vigilant awareness of client requirements for the confidentiality and privacy of patients.
Suggest improvements for the role and team, including providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Embrace and abide by the firm’s Code of Business Ethics and adhere to all JLL policies and JLL Healthcare Solutions Call Center policies.
Demonstrate the willingness and ability to develop new skills by assuming additional projects and tasks.
Complete all training objectives specified by management
Here is who we are looking for :
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of applicable working experience in a Call Center environment
Ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer.
Competent knowledge and functioning using related Software Tools : WebEx, Microsoft Office Suite tools (+ MS Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive), Corrigo, Genesys Cloud
An associate or bachelor's degree
Familiarity with hospital or healthcare systems and routines
Previous experience in a service dispatch or customer service position
Estimated compensation for this position is :
39,520.00 45,760.00 USD per year
