What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Principal Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative packaging design solutions.

You will work with Experience Design Group to deliver a balance of design excellence for Dell hardware products.You Will : Deliver the design in planning, researching, concept design, layout, and execution of packaging projects, considering brand and design guidelinesWork across and understand the impact on technical teams and / or vendors, as well as cost deliveryCollaborate with team members in addition to Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, and others to understand design requirementsAssess the dynamics of problems and establish a strategy or methodology to solve themHave the ability to design packaging structures with solutions to guide engineers and vendors to deliver high-quality mass productionTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.

Here’s what we are looking for with this role : Essential Requirements 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s degree, or 5+ years with a PhD or equivalent experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is requiredExperience in image editing, rendering, visualization, and 2D drawingCapable with office programs and presentations, and they should be able to create packing mockupsProficiency in 3D rendering and computer-aided design (CAD) for structural design and presentation, as well as knowledge of packaging design, graphics, layout, materials, and productionDesirable Requirements Knowledge of packaging design, graphics, layout, materials, and productionCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
