Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions
  • Understanding of current liquidity products industry landscape, including current trends
  • Execute against product strategy to buildout our liquidity solutions roadmap
  • Understands product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfil delivery
  • Input towards scoping of product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond
  • Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value
  • Ability tomunicate within team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals
  • Translate between business requirements and technology specifications - in both directions : top-down and bottom-up
  • Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources
  • Presentplex ideas and processes in easy to consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives
  • Support Sales in responding toplex RFPs, non-standard information requests,
  • Support Sales in delivering product demos and best and final solution presentations (over phone or in-person)
  • Support Sales with client needs identification, solution rmendations and pricing
  • Provide training and support to Sales and business partners on new payments product capabilities
  • Contribute input into marketing strategy andmunications plans

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 7-10 years' experience in Liquidity Product Management or PSS role
  • Understanding of risks and mitigants related to Liquidity products and solutions
  • Experience in designing, building and rolling out new liquidity products and owning the process from start to finish
  • Experience with liquidity solutioning including virtual accounts and cash concentration
  • Experience with responding to RFPs and leading pitches centered around liquidity solutions
  • Extremely strong presentation andmunication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners
  • Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Liquidity

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
