Outpatient Psychiatrist Academic Center
Korzen Health is working with one of the largest healthcare systems in the area.
We are currently hiring psychiatrists for their outpatient clinic. Come join a growing department as they expand more services and start a psychiatric residency
Scope of Work :
- Current schedule : 8AM-5PM schedule
- Weekly schedule average : 32 hours of direct patient care hours with 8 hours of dedicated time for administration and / or resident teaching
- Appointment times : 60 minutes for psychiatric evaluations / 30 minutes for follow-up visits -Current team : 6 Psychiatrists / 6 Therapists / 2 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (DNPs)
- Patients Population : Depression, Anxiety, Geriatric, Dual-diagnosis treatment.
- Potential to grow programs for treatment-refractory depression, child / adolescent, and other specialties.
Robust TMS Program Access or training for transcranial magnetic stimulation with 2 TMS chairs in the clinic! Multiple (optional) teaching opportunities, as they have multiple ACGME-accredited training programs.
The Psychiatric group is currently involved in training family medicine residents, internal medicine residents and fellows.
