Seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Clerk with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at Staffmark. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who excels in financial accuracy and organizational support.

Pay : $24-$27 per hour

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process business transactions and manage invoices to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
  • Provide clerical support to ensure timely payment obligations are met.
  • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
  • Prevent unintentional overpayments and efficiently monitor vendor payments.
  • Resolve discrepancies in invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures promptly.
  • Compile and review invoices to facilitate timely and accurate payments.
  • Organize and maintain records of vouchers, invoices, and correspondence essential for proper filing.
  • Generate periodic reports and other necessary records as per company requirements.
  • Verify invoice details against purchase orders to confirm receipt of goods or services prior to processing vendor payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform daily bookkeeping duties to ensure financial accuracy.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
