Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone / buprenorphine.

Provide compliance monitoring for the center through various means such as chart auditing, patient documentation and No-Show calls, along with review of supervision documentation.
Supervise all business affairs for multiple locations ensuring the centers meet corporate guidelines.
Coordinate with the Program Directors to establish and maintain effective communication between regulatory agencies and the facility as well as communication between centers.
Partner with Program Directors to demonstrate and model the Crossroads INSPIRE culture through team, patient and community relations.
Staffing and Recruiting direction to the Program Directors including coaching on best practices and enforcing the leadership qualities we Crossroads Desires.
Full P&L responsibility for their region and the business units captured within.
Utilize, refer to, and coach performance using all tools provided.
Coordinates and provides leadership to Program Directors to ensure centers run efficiently, effectively and provide high quality treatment at each center.
Approval of expenses within centers and of specific individuals accountable for such expenses.
Provides Training support in the centers in relation to revenue and labor cost improvement, performance management, and PD support to provide assistance ensuring they are fulfilling their role.
Maintains a positive working relationship with local, state and federal authorities. Build internal and external relationships through effective communication with individuals ranging from patients and frontline staff to senior executives and community leaders.
Respond to and investigate allegations of non-compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and / or the Compliance Program policies and procedures and implementing corrective action plans as necessary.
This position requires regular travel within the region plus quarterly travel to our headquarters in Greenville, SC. The region will include 50+ centers (OBOT) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The role can be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia and their surrounding areas.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
5+ years in a leadership role
Multi-site healthcare operations experience
Experience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorder (SUD)
