We are seeking a Remote Commercial Lines CSR / Account Manager (candidates MUST have experience working with clients in New York and Florida to be considered) to join our growing team.

How will you affect the business?
- Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Quoting, endorsements, certificates and will own the renewal process.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions / alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience working commercial lines insurance in New York and Florida.
- Proven experience working as a remote employee.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic Preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
