Company Summary : A leading employee-owned firm is seeking an experienced and technically advanced Senior Process Engineer to join their growing team in California.
The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for :
- Designing, developing, and optimizing water / wastewater treatment processes to meet regulatory and performance requirements.
- Conducting process modeling, simulations, and pilot studies to evaluate and improve system performance.
- Preparing engineering plans, technical reports, and documentation for regulatory and project purposes.
- Analyzing operational data, troubleshoot process issues, and recommending improvements for efficiency.
- Overseeing commissioning, start-up activities, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborating with other engineers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
The Senior Process Engineer should have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience working within Industrial Water / Wastewater
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or working toward Professional Engineer (PE) license
