Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, adhering to applicable standards across multiple inpatient units. Your flexibility to float where needed and collaborate with interprofessional teams will be key in supporting safe, high-quality care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience : 1-2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2-4 years critical care experience preferred.

License : Current RN license in the state of practice.

Certifications : BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred; Handle with Care preferred.

Skills : Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments. Must be able to quickly learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems. Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) are essential.

Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
