Our client isseekingProjectManagerFinancetoworkon-site insupportoftheCivilRightsDivisiontoworkinWashington,DC.Youwillwork in afast pacedand diverseenvironmentandwillhaveamanagementteamthatencouragesyourcareerdevelopmentandgrowth.

Inthisrole,youwillgainmanyintangibleskills,suchastimeandtaskmanagement,criticalthinkingandproblemsolving,theabilitytocommunicatecomplicatedproblemsinaconcisemanner,aswellassolvecomplexproblemsusingavailabletools.

PrimaryResponsibilities

TheProjectManagerwillberesponsibleforoverseeingprocessingworkflows(intheOfficeof

FinancialandProcurementServices).

• Performsandoverseesfinancial / procurementsservices.
• TheProjectManagerwillhavefrequentcontactwiththeGovernmentCaseManagers,andother

DOJagencystaff.

• Ensureprocessesandproceduresarefollowed.
• Overseeingasmallteamoffinancialanalysts.
• Performsanactivequalityassuranceroletoensurehighqualityworkdeliveredontime.
• Trainsstaffonenteringandupdatingdatainproprietarydatabases.

BasicQualifications -Atleastfouryearsofprogressivelymoreresponsiblesupervisoryandmanagementexperience

infinancialsystems. -Musthaveprovencapabilitiesandcommunicationskillstosuccessfullyinteractwithclientsand

attorneys.

Demonstratedabilitytomanagenumerouscomplexandtime criticalsupportactivities

simultaneously.

RequiresexpertknowledgeofFinanceSystemsincludingSAS;outstandingwritingskills;

excellentoralcommunicationskills;andexcellentmanagementskills.

RequiresknowledgeoftheGovernmentsdataprocessingenvironmentinwhichtheworkisto

beperformed,includingofficeautomationnetworks,PC baseddatabasesandother

applications,andinternetandserver baseddatabasesandotherapplications.

• MustbeabletoobtainaPublicTrustsecurityclearance.
• Musthaveanundergraduatedegree
