About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Pediatric Physician to join our team in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional pediatric care in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive salary exceeding $175,000 - $200,000 DOE
- Full package of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Potential for partnership opportunity
Details :
- NICU handles all deliveries
- One in 5-6 weekends
- One night of call per week with overnight triage service, with minimal call responsibilities
- Work out of the Wyomissing office and one of the other three offices on a rotating basis
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Engage in continuous professional development and education
Requirements :
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
