Manufacturing Finance Operations Manager
The Manufacturing Finance Operations Manager is a crucial position aimed at steering and enhancing financial operations and strategies in the manufacturing field.
As part of our team, this role focuses on advancing financial management related to production processes, striving for increased efficiency and meticulous financial oversight.
The ideal candidate is tasked with executing coherent financial policies, monitoring and deriving financial strategies conducive to fiscal health, ensuring precise financial forecasting, and uplifting the company’s financial landscape by integrating solid, cost-effective measures and thorough analytical reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Strategically develop and manage comprehensive financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to uphold accurate financial reporting and insights.
- Lead thorough performance analyses and the development of standard costs, concentrating on inventory valuation and efficient data collection methods.
- Enforce strict adherence to financial protocols and assess as well as rectify any discrepancies leading to financial misalignment.
- Develop and manage financial and performance measurement systems tailored to support and meet strategic objectives.
- Identify pivotal operational accounting enhancements to upgrade and streamline manufacturing processes.
- Ensure seamless communication channels and information flow between plant operations and corporate finance to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Oversee and manage the integration and harmonization of information systems concerned with financial monitoring and reporting.
- Drive the development and utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align resource usage with cost allocation and operational efficiencies.
- Lead educational initiatives aimed at embedding core costing principles and financial analysis across different organizational tiers.
- Conduct on-demand cost and economic analyses to support significant operational decisions and strategic direction setting.
Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.
- At least three years of progressive experience in manufacturing accounting or finance functions.
- Proven autonomy in managing financial operations with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrable strength in interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Access.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other integrated financial software.
- Previous leadership roles with proven track record of team development and process optimization.
- Exposure to business process analysis or operational research within the manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong initiative, positive attitude, and a relentless pursuit of innovation and operational excellence.
- Experience in managing complex accounting scenarios, with the ability to guide and influence strategic financial decisions.
