Job Summary :
As an OT at Interim HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy to our patients in Gaston, Lincoln and Cleveland County areas.
Your role will involve developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals and family members, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this position ranges from $38 to $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and physician recommendations
- Coordinate and communicate with medical professionals, family members, and other care providers regarding client treatment plans and progress
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Ensure continuity of care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals and service agencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate clients and their families on healthcare procedures ,self-care techniques and home exercise programs.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in healthcare practices
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements :
- Current OT license in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in case management and care coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
