We are looking for a full-time Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in construction or trades setting, and be ready to take ownership of our accounting operations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
- Oversee payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and job costing
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Support budgeting and financial reporting
Qualifications :
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field relevant experienceStrong understanding of construction accounting preferredProficiency in QuickBooks and other packages preferred.Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational and communications skillsFundamental knowledge of GAAPStrong analytical and problem solving skills
