Primary Dental Care, located in Hanover Park, IL, is looking for someone awesome to join the team! Dr. Kavita Shah, a highly respected and established dentist, is proud to serve Hanover Park community.
The close-knit team is looking to add a front desk associate to help deliver the best care to their patients. The ideal candidate is someone with great communication skills that will join Dr.
Shah and her team on their practice journey. This is a full-time position! The details of the job description are as follows :

Schedule for the Front Office Associate :
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday : 10 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate :
Spanish bilingual required
At least 1 year of dental front office and Dentrix experience
Answering phone calls with the highest customer service expectations
Insurance verification and coordination
Highly engage with patients with the utmost patience
Reliable and empathetic towards patients and staff
We are looking for someone with great phone and personable skills
Patient account management
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
A / R Management
Making written financial arrangements
Collecting fees at time of service
