Farnsworth Group is seeking a Survey Crew Chief in our Greenwood Village (Denver Tech Center), Fort Collins, or Colorado Springs offices.

This position entails performing a wide variety of surveys in various locations. There is 80% expected travel. This is not a contract position;

we are looking to fill a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in Land Surveying.

Job Activities :

• ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Boundary Surveys
• Topographic Surveys
• Construction Layout
• As-Built Pipeline Surveys
• 3D Scanning
• UAV Surveys

Specific Requirements include :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 8 + years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
• Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
• Ability to organize field notes
• Ability to read Construction Plans
• Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred
• LSIT, preferred
• Ability to execute field staking
• Strong math skills
• Valid driver's license
• 80% travel required

Desired Qualifications :

• Experienced with LiDAR, Scanners, point clouds
• Oil & Gas Pipeline experience
• DOT experience

Salary Range : ??$25 - $40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
