The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating automation within systems as well as generating meaningful data from Salesforce, Oracle, and other tools.

Additionally, this position will take an active role in facilitating Salesforce projects and initiatives as well as supporting system architecture and data models for defining companywide metrics and reporting.

Our strong preference is for the successful candidate to be local to our Boulder office and able to come to the office at least three days each week.

Responsibilities :

Data Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to our business, products, and services.

Identify what is working, discover growth opportunities, and evaluate data that informs key decisions.

  • Reporting and Visualization : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and evaluate the performance of our products and services, conducting regular data-driven reviews and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Data Modeling : Collaborate with the team to design and implement data models that facilitate data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other tools to build sales enabling dashboards
  • Support Operations and Product Quality data analytics requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally to create a common reference of current data sources and identify potential gaps or risks in the data
  • Support architecture and data warehouse of Salesforce and Oracle platforms

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated strong experience with advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets from multiple sources.
  • Ability to model and share insights from data.
  • CRM and ERP experience required; Salesforce and Oracle a plus
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Strong data analytics skills a must
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and comprehension of technical information.
