We deliver Absolutely Beautiful Flowers to Tampa Bay every day.

We are seeking Retail Staff for our Flower Shop,

  • Full time- Part Time- Seasonal Staff!

We have several time slots and days needed, including weekend time periods.

Office Staff work more during busy flower shop periods and are essential due to company expansion.

Seeking Full Time and Part Time Staff.

Our Retail Staff :

  • Extremely friendly on the phone
  • Must be retail focused and Love to Work with Consumers over the phone!
  • Office staff helping florist with consumer phone orders and retail walks in customers, also assisting florist with any needs of running a flower shop.
  • Assist Business with coordinating Shop Delivery Driver Position’s

    Requirements

    Excellent Multi-tasking Skills

    Friendly and team-oriented with a focus on exceeding consumer expectations

    Ability to adjust one's schedule to match unexpected consumer demand

    Outstanding customer relationship skills!

    Friendly phone skills

    Internet experience

    Work with Microsoft Word (Basic)

    Capability to understand and be trained on simple floral technology

    Great organizational skills

    Great team-building skills

    Desire to work in a fast-paced flower shop business

    Desire to understand Floral Design and Decor sales over the phone

    Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to adapt to changing work requirements

    Ability to stand for three hours

    Must not be allergic to any flowers
