Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join a pediatric therapy team in Naples, FL.

Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to implement tailored treatment plans for pediatric clients.
Conduct therapeutic activities focused on enhancing sensory processing, fine motor skills, and daily living abilities.
Monitor and document patient progress, keeping the Occupational Therapist informed of any changes or advancements.
Educate families on home activities that support therapeutic progress.
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and families throughout the therapy process.
Qualifications :
Education : Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Licensure : Active COTA license in the state of Florida.
Certification : NBCOT certification required.
Experience : Previous experience in a pediatric setting is preferred, but new graduates with a strong commitment to pediatric care are welcome.
Skills :
Understanding of child development and pediatric therapy techniques.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with children, families, and the therapy team.
Familiarity with sensory and motor-focused therapeutic activities.
