Job Details
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting comprehensive audit procedures, assessing risks, and identifying control weaknesses.
- Collaborating with clients to comprehend their business operations and financial systems.
- Preparing audit reports and communicating findings effectively to clients.
- Assisting in the training and guidance of junior staff members.
- Participating in the development of audit plans and strategies.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and assurance services.
- Proficiency in auditing software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the aptitude to collaborate within a team.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Sound understanding of GAAP, audit methodologies, and financial reporting standards.
