The ideal candidate will manage a variety of health issues, promote wellness, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. Position : Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, manage a wide range of health issues, and promote overall wellness. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

No call , No weekends

100 % Outpatient

October 2024 start

Work with an established patient base and experienced healthcare team.

Responsibilities :

  • Patient Care : Conduct thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment : Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, respiratory conditions, and mental health issues.
  • Preventive Care : Promote preventive healthcare practices, including vaccinations, screenings, and wellness check-ups. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and healthy habits.
  • Family Care : Provide medical care across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics, addressing the unique needs of each age group.
  • Coordination of Care : Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care. Facilitate referrals and follow-ups as necessary.
  • Patient Education : Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Qualifications : CV

  • Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Licensure : Valid medical license to practice in the state. Board certification in Family Medicine preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
  • Skills : Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
