Utility Superintendent
Carl Bolander & Sons, established in 1924, is a union heavy civil contractor with a century of experience handling private and public projects across the Midwest.
We specialize in earthwork, utilities, demolition, and deep foundations.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Utility Superintendent with 5 years minimum experience, proficient in reading plans and knowledge of sewer and water.
Strong leadership abilities, excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to enforce safety protocols and procedures and ensuring a safe work environment.
Relevant certifications ( OSHA, CPR / First Aid ) are a plus.
This position is considered safety-sensitive.
Minimum qualifications :
- Driver's License (Required)
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Willing to travel
