Clinical Communications Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Communications Specialist to join their Results Communication Team.

Key Responsibilities

Relay urgent and non-urgent medical results across physician practices and hospital systems

Facilitate communication between referring physicians and radiologists

Ensure accurate and timely transmission of medical information

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent healthcare experience required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Minimum 2 years of Radiology technology experience

Previous experience with EMR and PACS systems is required

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to patient care

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
