Provides and monitors pharmacy clinical services. Verifies and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers.
Manages, assesses, interprets, and recommends medication therapy based on approved evidence-based practice guidelines and hospital policies and procedures.
This position is Pediatric focused and will be stationed mostly in the Pediatric Satellite Pharmacy.
