Required Skills :
- Waterfall methodology experience (70% of experience must be under Waterfall).
- Ability to write and create Waterfall requirements.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
- SDLC knowledge and experience (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Visio or similar workflow / process flow software.
- Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) experience for managing traceability.
- Executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience creating documentation, including version control and artifact management.
- MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Ability to create detailed process flows.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience authoring complete requirements documents.
- Experience being a steward of project scope.
- More than 5 years of experience working closely with executive stakeholders.
- More than 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
