Through coaching and educational development, we will help you build relationships with customers to help them reflect their own personal sense of style.
Bassett also continues your training throughout your employment with updates on product knowledge as well as Design and Sales Techniques.
With our generous commission-based compensation plan, your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply.
For example, a design consultant who averages $35,000 in sales per month will earn about $30,000 annually.Position requirements are : Associate's (2 year) degree preferredDemonstrated flair for design and / or fashion and room planningDesire to work in a competitive commissioned sales environmentWillingness to work weekends and holidays* Compensation illustrations are for corporately owned store locations.
