Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX cloud implementations

Design scalable, integrated solutions leveraging the Oracle CX suite and related applications

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal Oracle CX solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

10+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery

7+ years in Oracle CX cloud architecture and delivery

Proven expertise in Oracle CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ

Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and REST / SOAP APIs for integration
