This Principal Product Manager will lead the team focused on delivering transformational AI-driven experiences for Time & Attendance with QuickBooks Time, a key part of our QuickBooks Online ecosystem.

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to transform QuickBooks Time into a simple and delightful time tracking experience that is AI-enabled so we can take more work off of our customer’s plates.
This product leader will partner with other product leaders across our organization to drive the next generation time tracking solution for our ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and product strategy of QuickBooks Time within our HCM platform for QuickBooks.
- Be the domain expert for our business, customers and product capabilities to champion the growth strategy for QuickBooks Time focused on strategic customer segments like the Mid Market.
- Work closely with cross-functional leadership from marketing, sales, success, and finance to define & validate our next chapter of growth and drive an E2E experience for the Mid Market customer - from discovering, getting started, using and managing their team.
- User focused mindset, drawing out deep customer insights, combined with data to fuel product vision and direction.
- Rapidly execute and iterate with an emphasis on capturing critical learning to validate business opportunities and improve experiences for high value segments.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience driving product strategy, adoption and business growth. Bonus points for Small Business or Mid Market Growth experience.
- Visionary. Can see the future and big picture of what could be and can galvanize a team around it.
- Data and hypothesis driven, business-minded. You know how to expertly leverage qualitative and quantitative data to develop and execute experiments and A / B tests that are optimized for learning.
You can measure the business impact of your work and tie it back to company goals.
Customer obsessed. You’re passionate about not only hitting business goals, but intimately knowing our customers and creating the best experiences to meet their needs.
You know that the key to business growth is through happy customers.
