Job Description :
- Assist with administrative tasks related to cases
- Coordinate work to support an office team
- Manage paper and electronic files
- Use office equipment efficiently
- Responds to phone calls and emails
- Manage office staff expenses, supplies and schedules

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
