Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to create / maintain and review financial records.
- Manage Company Monthly financial statement close work completed in accordance with the closing schedule.
- Manage any and all audits on behalf of the company
- Generate financial reports
- Take the lead in the coordination of the accounts payable month closing process, handling
- accounting issues and answering accounting questions for Business office personnel.
- Reviewing, documenting, and resolving variances in monthly preliminary Financial Statements prior to distribution.
- Distributes any company-issued notices
- Preparing various audit schedules as requested.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an accounting-related field
- 5+ Years of Experience in Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses superior analytical skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping programs such as QuickBooks, and Microsoft Suites
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
