A rapidly expanding premier concrete company based in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage concrete services for industrial, commercial and municipal clients.

The Project Manager will perform project management tasks by working with Estimator(s), Office Manager, and the Operations Manager in coordinatinAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications.

g the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and provide exceptional customer service.

• Seeking individuals with 5+yrs experience within Concrete Slabs, Paving and Repair; Demolition, Drainage systems and Walls & Footings.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications.
• Ability to estimate qtys / square footage
• Ability to manage project teams and groups of personnel, and ability to accomplish desired results through delegation.
• Knowledge and ability to prepare detailed construction project plans, schedules and estimates and to make proper modifications to such, using a personal computer and standard company software.
