Currently, we are looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join our Clinical Services Team who is passionate about cardiac rhythms and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies.
Ideal candidates will have CCT or CRAT certification and specialize in cardiac rhythm recognition and interpretation skills.
Experience with cardiology or electrophysiology can be helpful. This role also provides excellent growth and advancement opportunities along with a bonus incentive program.
This position will be on-site in our Milpitas, CA office with the flexibility to work remotely at times.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for day-to-day staff management as well as direction of day-to-day activities in accordance with established policies to provide the highest quality of cardiac monitoring clinical services.
Recruit, hire, evaluate, and schedule employees.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and recognition.
Develop and track performance metrics and process improvements.
Complete performance reviews for staff and facilitate ongoing development of staff.
Coordinate employee disciplinary process and follow through to resolution.
Ensure compliance with all state and regulatory agencies.
Contribute to the strategic management, planning, and leadership of the company.
Function as a liaison between the sales team and the physician practice and / or hospital facilities.
Review and make recommendations for improvement and enhancement of current services and development of new services.
Coordinate with the Clinical Services Trainer(s) on continuing education for existing staff and new hires.
As needed, assist in the scanning of Baxter CAM Holter monitor files.
What you'll bring
Associate degree or two years college course work preferred.
1 or more years of experience as a Holter Scanner or telemetry / monitor technician, with in-depth arrhythmia interpretation knowledge.
Knowledge of EKG rhythms and arrhythmias is required.
CCT or CRAT certification is required.
1 or more years of experience as a supervisor or manager preferred.
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking skills.
Proven ability to inspire leadership skills in all clinical positions and facilitate a team environment.
Excellent customer relations and phone skills.
Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customers and patients.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
