Our client is looking for a Part -Time Legal Administrative Assistant. The position is on-site in Des Plaines, IL Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 am to 2 : 30 pm.
The pay range is $18 to $20 per hour and benefits. You will be the first point of contact, helping address our current and potential clients' property tax needs.
This would be a great position for someone interested in learning more about the legal field or someone looking to re-enter the workforce.
Responsibilities :
- Triage incoming phone calls from potential and existing clients to determine their needs.
- Assist walk-in clients, existing and potential.
- Update client information in internal case management system.
- Assist in generation of templated client and other correspondence.
- Respond to manager and attorney requests.
- Open and distribute daily mail as well as other assigned duties.
- Provide other administrative support
Working hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
