Job Description

The Assistant Relationship Manager will be managing the Cash Management Agreement ("CMA") accounts and clients across the CRE footprint. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, setups of accounts, audits, and treasury management services of the product and not limited to additional relationships within Commercial Real Estate.

Position Highlights

  • Direct customer interface functioning as liaison with various Bank departments
  • Analyze financial data
  • Assist Deposit Relationship Manager in preparing proposals, identifying customer needs and making appropriate referrals
  • Ensure accurate and thorough account and product implementation
  • Assist in the training process of new clients and products
  • Higher levels have their own assigned client relationships and may also co-manage client relationships
  • Travel requirement : Approximately 30% travel

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of depository or treasury management experience
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of deposit products and treasury management services
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve / escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hybrid / Flexible Schedule

    The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

    Pay Range : $86,530.00 - $101,800.00
