Medica Talent Group is excited to share this direct-hire Registered Nurse opportunity! Our client, a prominent managed care organization, is seeking an RN to join their PACE facility in Norwalk, CA.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is interested in working with a collaborative team at an adult program center.
Pay : $50 / hr
Location : Norwalk, CA
Job Setting : Norwalk PACE; Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Patient Population : Geriatrics
Job Overview
Under general supervision by the Supervisor, Nursing and oversight by the PACE Physicians, the Nurse (RN) Case Manager / Care Coordination Team Leader has the responsibility to case manage all PACE participants who are in the ambulatory setting.
Minimum Requirements :
1. Current valid License as a Registered Nurse through the California Board of Registered Nursing.
2. A minimum of one-year experience in Geriatric Nursing required.
3. A minimum of one-year experience preferred in managed care setting, preferably in utilization or case management in ambulatory or inpatient setting.
4. Current valid BLS / First Aid Certificate required. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
