HealthSource Chiropractic of Eden Prairie is looking for a high-energy, patient-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!

We are a fast-paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab (PT) clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and other wellness services.

What Youll Do
Patient Care & Rehab
Instruct patients on corrective and rehabilitation exercisesApply therapies including spinal decompression, laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation, and moreRun patients through our HealthSource Movement Screen during their initial and progress examsScreen / mold patients for custom orthoticsManage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk to ensure a smooth, positive experienceAdministrative & Financial
Answer phones, greet and schedule patientsInsurance verifications and scanning EOBsCreate and deliver financial worksheets / reviews with patientsMaintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial informationCollect patient charges, manage credit, and process third-party claimsMarketing & Outreach
Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and social mediaParticipate in community outreach events to promote wellnessSupport promotional communications and patient educationTeam Support
Help keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcomingCollaborate with staff to ensure efficiency, fun, and effectiveness in patient careWhat You Need
High school juniors and seniors are encouraged to applyTwo-year degree or higher a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and WindowsStrong communication and organizational skillsWhat Youll Get
