PRMG, a Nationwide mortgage lender, is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for finance and customer service to help us provide exceptional lending solutions to our valued clients.
PRMG offers Loan Officers a wealth of loan programs, strong support from Underwriters and Processors, and industry-leading software.
Some Loan Officers here bring in $8M to $10M in loan volume monthly. Attractive compensation to Loan Officers from 100 bps to 150 bps per loan.
Our LOs close more with our technology, training and coaching. We offer a large variety of mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA / VA, USDA, construction, DPA, Mobile homes, manufactured homes, reverse mortgages, jumbos, and Non-QM.

What You Will Do :
- Create business, referrals, and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals and developers
- Obtain an accurate and complete 1003, and collect supporting documentation from borrowers
- Listen to clients’ needs, analyze their financial situations and determine appropriate financial loan products
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with customers
- Monitor overall customer interaction and work with all parties involved on each loan from application to closing
What You Need :
- Originate, originate, originate
- Active NMLS license(s) required for State of Texas.
- Previous experience in lending, banking, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and lending practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines
- Excellent sales skills with a desire to achieve and succeed
