A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Learning Program Management and Delivery to oversee the program management and delivery team within the L&D Center of Excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation and delivery of learning programs aligned with organizational needsEvaluate and measure the impact of learning initiatives and manage the training calendarOversee the program management team, ensuring high-quality offerings and effective resource allocationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field10+ years of experience in learning and development with a strong understanding of adult learning principlesPrior management experience is requiredExperience facilitating training for various audience levels, both face-to-face and virtuallyProficiency in L&D platforms and experience with third-party learning libraries
