The Headlines :

In the role of Sr. Project Engineer working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be part of the Technical Services Department within Rocky Mountain Bottle Company.

You will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating assigned capital and expense projects of a multi-disciplined nature from conception to completion including implementation of operations and maintenance strategies.

This position reports to the Manager Engineering and Tech Services .

The Responsibilities :

  • Oversees and manages capital project implementation
  • Participates in Design Out Maintenance (DOM) initiatives
  • Optimizes, supports and participates in the development and implementation of operating and process reliability

The Other Qualifications :

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you
  • You will have a 4-year Engineering / Maintenance degree preferred, as well as an advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering along with a certification for a licensed professional engineer & project management
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an engineering / maintenance & project management role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering methods. Projects managed from inception to completion with little direction or guidance.

Job Posting Salary Range : (US / Colorado) $115,800 - $166,400
