Location : 10500 Heritage, Suite 102, San Antonio, TX 78216.

Position : Full-time Administrative Accounting Assistant.

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM.

We are honored to have been named a Top Workplace in 2024 by the San Antonio Express-News and are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Verify and submit electronic payments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Generate various reports and update data utilizing spreadsheet.
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior law office experience (1-2 years preferred).
  • Prior accounting experience is a plus (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge of accounting software a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
