We are looking for an outstanding Full Stack Developer specializing in mobile development with the skills to innovate and bring new products to market and improve our existing platform and products.

You will be joining a high-powered experienced team who follow agile development principles, and who value well-designed software, creative thinking and thrive on solving the unsolvable.

You will be working on technology spanning mobile communications (voice, messaging, email, safe browsing, password manager), and fintech / payments all underpinned by strong security and privacy principles.

You will be working on a team that builds mobile apps and web portals written in Swift, Kotlin, and TypeScript. We focus on building high quality apps.

All code changes are peer reviewed. We value meaningful unit, integration and UI tests with high code coverage. We conduct test jams regularly.

Requirements

Must-haves :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience developing backend systems in a Linux environment
• Industry commercial development experience using C, C++, Go, and Java
• Working knowledge of TCP / IP / IPv6 networking and fundamental network security
• Working knowledge of security technology such as URL categorization, content inspection and proxies
• Working knowledge of system performance analysis and tuning
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, CloudFront, CloudWatch, VPC, CloudFormation)
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience in a continuous integration / deployment environment
• Experience in medium to large scale cloud-based environments
• Ability to develop maintainable, well-designed software under tight deadlines
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit, integration and system tests
• Passion for solving hard problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Some experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and JavaScript
• Interest in privacy and the protection of personal information
• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals
• Experience developing with security APIs and technologies
• Ability to support services with an on call rotation
• Hybrid work, 2-3 days in office a week

Bonus Points

• Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) or Terraform framework
• Fluency in multiple programming languages, Rust is a plus
• Experience in IOS or Android development
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture concepts
• Experience working at a startup
