Let's do this together! Job Overview : Location : Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Employment Type : Direct Employee (Full Time) Schedule : Hybrid (2-3 times a week in the office or at events) About the Role : We are seeking a Networking Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
This entry-level position is ideal for a junior sales professional who thrives on meeting new people, attending events, and cultivating long-term relationships.
Your primary goal will be to generate and nurture leads for our sales team through networking and in-person engagements. Key Responsibilities :
- Actively attend and represent the company at networking events, conferences, conventions, and local industry gatherings.
- Build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Identify and nurture potential business opportunities to qualify leads for the sales team.
- Attend 2-3 events weekly and travel to various locations as needed.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or in-person meetings to maintain engagement.
- Keep detailed records of all leads and interactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further development. Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales (preferably in IT Consultancy firms).
- Previous marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for networking and building connections.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contacts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
