Required Skills

Who We're Looking For : We are seeking Assistant Project Managers who are not only adept at managing drainage projects but are also up and coming leaders capable of inspiring teams and driving innovation

  • Professionals with 3-7+ years of experience in water resources engineering, demonstrating expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage facility design, and project management.
  • Licensed Professional Civil Engineers in Texas, or candidates who can achieve licenser within 6 months, showcasing a commitment to professional growth and excellence.
  • Exceptional communicators with proficiency in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcPro, CAD (Civil3D or MicroStation), and familiarity with 2D Analysis (RAS 2D, XPSTRM, ICM), capable of leading teams and engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
