We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities :
- Draft correspondences, contracts, and other formal documents.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events.
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and perform outbound calls.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Manage records and information.
- Plan and maintain work facilities.
- Perform other office tasks such as replenishing office supplies, managing mail, custodial duties, etc.
- Created, maintained, and entered information into databases.
- Perform all other office tasks.
- Track social media marketing and leads.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
- A warm personality and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and team player.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Quickbooks proficient.
- Microsoft Office proficient.
- Ability to oversee critical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferable, not required).
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic .
