The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates to support Paradigms business goals. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, and the business development team to ensure estimates are complete, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates from concept through GMP.

Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to identify all scope items.

Collaborate with the preconstruction and operations teams to ensure alignment between estimate and project execution.

Coordinate bid invitations, solicit subcontractor pricing, and perform bid evaluations.

Analyze costs, materials, labor, and market trends to support pricing accuracy.

Participate in constructability reviews with clients, architects, and engineers.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners.

Support Paradigms commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time projects.

Must have experience as an Estimator in a construction company.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
