n Credentialing Timeframe : 12 weeks from time application is submitted.
n Start Date : ASAC
n Duration : 3 Months with option to extend
n Shift : 10 : 30a-7 : 00p full time with rotating weekends (every other weekend)
n Housing / Travel : All Inclusive
n Pay Structure : Bid
n Notes : Covid Vaccine with booster required
n Required Exp : Diabetes, Blood Pressure, COPD, Routine Adult / Geriatric Patients in outpatient setting.
