They take the lead to solve problems, seek help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to their team.
As a Shift Manager you will :
- Open the restaurant on time and rush ready.
- Execute a pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift.
- Execute pre-close and closing activities.
- Manage and maintain register operator cash control.
- Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met.
- Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality.
- Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts.
- Execute all safety and security policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines.

What we expect from you
- 1 year of restaurant management experience at the Shift Supervisor level
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Self- motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
